Horror Level: Escape Paradise

Escape Paradise! Is a proof-of-concept to use the Fallout 3 Creation Kit and use it for the development of a lineair horror-game experience. The player wakes up in a janitor's cabinet and attempts to unravel the mystery of where they are and more importantly: How to get out.

The mod was made as an attempt to make a horror level and learn more on scripting. The GECK was chosen in order to use its existing, contemporary assets, sound library and existing functionality to create a horror experience detached from the Fallout 3 universe.

Through creation of dread, jumpscares and helplessness the player is forced through a labyrinth to escape, using the GECK's dynamic object system, forced perspective and scripted sequences to get on the player's nerves.
